The oil outlet pipe and the oil inlet pipe are communicated with the same oil-conveying pipe, an oil outlet valve is arranged on the oil outlet pipe, and an oil inlet valve is arranged on the oil inlet pipe. The oil inlet pipe is arranged inside the oil storage tank and soaked in oil, so that the oil inlet pipe can be protected by means of the oil in the oil storage tank, rust and rot of the oil inlet pipe can be avoided, and the oil leakage can be prevented.
